About “Work in Denmark”

“Work in Denmark” connects Danish companies and international jobseekers. Established by the Danish Government it offers a range of free, public services for jobseekers from abroad.

The website www.workindenmark.dk is the official website of Denmark for international recruiting and job- seeking. The website provides a job- and CV-bank along with extensive information on working and living in Denmark. International job-seekers can use the website to submit their CV and search for English speaking job positions in Denmark. Furthermore you can find information about living and working in Denmark in English, German, Danish and Polish.

International job seekers can also get help from the three “Work in Denmark centres” located in Denmark. At the centres, experienced consultants are ready to assist with job-seeking and contact to Danish authorities.

News: new meeting place for Danish companies and highly skilled professionals from abroad


Danish companies and highly skilled professionals from abroad are getting a new website that will make it easier for them to meet.

At the site about highly skilled job-seekers at www.workindenmark.dk/en/Find_information/Highly_skilled_professionals, specialists and highly educated job-seekers can find job vacancies in Denmark and make their CV noticeable for Danish companies. The new website was released mid-November 2010.

The site has a new job and CV bank for highly skilled professionals from abroad. It contains specific information about working and living in Denmark.

Get off to a good start in Denmark

The National Labour Market Authority is launching a new initiative called International Citizen Service. The International Citizen Service consolidates all relevant authorities under one roof.

When you arrive in Denmark as a foreign employee or job seeker, there is a lot to take care of. International Citizen Service can help you with the paperwork, jobseeking and getting good advice on what it’s like to live and work in Denmark.
